Der vereinfachte Vorg\u00e4nger des Vortex-Wasserwirblers wurde bereits viele Jahre von \u00c4rzt*innen und NaturheilpraktikerInnen eingesetzt. In der ersten Woche werden ein bis zwei Gl\u00e4ser gewirbeltes Wasser pro Tag getrunken.
